It can be rare for someone to spend more than a few years at a time at one employer, but Texas A&M University-Commerce alumna Carolyn Jordan recently celebrated 45 years with Dallas-based Neighborhood Credit Union (NCU), a not-for-profit organization with more than 90 years of history. Jordan holds two degrees from A&M-Commerce, earning her B.S. in Business Administration in 2011 and her M.S. in Business Analytics in 2021, both while working full-time at NCU. She began her career as a clerk in 1979 and has climbed the ranks to Chief Growth Officer since 2022. NCU Has 15 branches spread across the Dallas-Fort Worth area and boasts more than 60,000 members.
