This cop is a menace. DA’s won’t even prosecute his cases. As soon as they see he’s the arresting officer they dismiss the tickets. He’s been through like 4-5 different departments and cost probably millions in taxpayer money through lawsuits. It’s unbelievable that he’s still a cop.

how did he know there wasn't a valid drivers license running a tag won't tell you the driver is licensed or not only the registered owner! no pc!
