Black & Veatch Sells Business to Dycom Industries for $150M
Overland Park-based Black & Veatch has sold its public carrier wireless telecommunications infrastructure business for $150 million. Dycom Industries, Inc., announced it acquired the business in a strategic move to address growth opportunities in wireless network modernization, according to a release.
