New Coffee Cafe Opening at Coral Square Mall in Coral Springs

CORAL SPRINGS, FL – A new coffee café is planning to open at Coral Square Mall in Coral Springs, taking over the space vacated by Starbucks months ago.

The mall’s management announced Friday that Gregorys Coffee will be opening soon, close to the mall’s food court.

It’s a national chain of more than 30 locations offering coffee, pastries, and packaged foods, according to the company’s website.

Gregorys Coffee was founded by Gregory Zamfotis in 2006, with its first location on Park Avenue and 24th Street in Manhattan.

The company is a part of the third-wave coffee or specialty coffee industry, according to the website.

When the store will open isn’t clear.
