Crisp County Sheriff’s Office and Emergency Management Agency receives a $19,000 supplemental payment of the FY 2022 Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS) Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) Base Award.

This award was used to purchase a Traffic Message Board. This vital piece of equipment can provide real- time information to motorists during emergencies, such as natural disasters, hazardous material spills, or road closures. This investment is a crucial addition to our emergency management toolkit, ensuring we can keep our residents informed and safe.
