BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Police are looking for the community's help in locating 11-year-old Royal-Thomas Jones-Harris. Royal-Thomas was last seen in the 110 block of Oakmont Avenue in the City of Buffalo. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, a red t-shirt, black pants, and green shoes. 99-Year-Old Home Sells for Over $1 Million in Buffalo
A 99-year-old Delaware District home has become Erie County’s 38th private residence, this year, to sell for more than $1 million. Developer Tim LeBoeuf and his wife, Brooke, paid $1.523 million for a circa-1925-era house at 92 Cleveland Ave. in the heart of Buffalo’s Delaware District. The house had been owned by Cleveland Avenue Development Inc., according to documents filed July 18 in the Erie County Clerk's office.
