NEWKIRK — A court date is set for Daniel Don Ryan, 49, Blackwell, in Kay County District Court. Ryan is facing a felony charge of attempted first degree arson. DALLAS – Oklahoma safety Billy Bowman Jr. has become a leader for the Oklahoma program. Last season, Bowman Jr. made many big plays for the Sooners. To his six interceptions, the three of them he returned for touchdowns, and his ability to keep Texas receiver Xavier Worthy out of the endzone to secure the Sooner's spectacular goal-line stop.
