Opinion: The day a corn dog saved my life
I love corn dogs. Like I mentioned in last week’s column “What I Learned at the County Fair,” the big ones dipped in honey are the bomb. Take my word for it, ketchup, mustard and honey are really a very tasty combination on that all-beef hot dog and coarse cornmeal coating. In fact, I tested out my pancreas, after a recent bout of acute pancreatitis, at the farmer’s market last night here in Preston. No symptoms at all… I’m back baby!
