A motorcycle crash in north Bloomfield restricted U.S. Highway 550 between Aztec and Bloomfield to two lanes for two hours. Bloomfield police was called to the crash just before 1:15 p.m. Wednesday. Police ask people to use non-emergency for firework complaints
As July 4th festivities approach, Rio Rancho Police Department is asking residents to use the non-emergency phone number to make complaints. "Fourth of July is the busiest day of the year for the Sandoval County Regional Emergency Communications Center. Please keep in mind that 911 should be utilized for emergencies only. Please call our non-emergency number to report fireworks unless someone has been injured by a firework or a fire has started from fireworks," it reads in a post.
