This sheen, originating from a facility in the High Island 98-L plot, is primarily composed of natural gas and condensate from a flowline riser, according to the Texas General Land Office (GLO). Buddy Guindon, owner of Katie's Seafood Market, after a site visit expressed to Click2Houston, "Anytime it's a consistent stream of, some kind of petroleum going in the water.
