Pennsylvania's bar and tavern owners could soon be getting a shot in the arm following the pandemic.ALSO SEE: Pennsylvania bill aims to make canned ready-to-drink cocktails more availableThe state Senate passed a bill that would allow them to expand happy hours and permanently keep outdoor seating.The amended liquor code would allow establishments to increase the happy hours total from 14 hours to 24 per week.ALSO SEE: Top 6: Best happy hours in Philadelphia Other changes would also allow for discounted combo meals with adult beverages.Supporters of the bill argue that a lack of a discount would send some patrons to non-alcoholic venues.The House recently passed its own version of the bill.
