Coshocton Tribune saluting currently serving military personnel

COSHOCTON − The Coshocton Tribune is starting a new soldier of the week profile featuring local residents currently serving in the U.S. military, including the reserves.

Blue Star Mothers OH59 of Coshocton has been instrumental in the launch of this series by providing information and photos. Pictures with basic information on the soldier will run on Sundays as they are available. The purpose of this feature is to give recognition back home to brave men and women from Coshocton County currently serving the U.S.

The series will launch on Sunday, featuring Jonathan Shryock.

Anyone wishing to contribute may submit to ctnews@coshoctontribune.com. Any photo should include source with permission to use and be attached as a .jpg 1 MB or larger.

Information to include is name, rank, branch of military, years served, municipality from locally, high school graduated and year, military job they perform, name of parents with municipality, where they are stationed now, any medals or awards won and anything else pertinent regarding their service.
