    (FREMONT COUNTY, Colo.) — The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office said John Chappel, 40, has been found and thanked the community for its assistance.

    The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office is asking the community for assistance in locating a 40-year-old man.

    John Chappel, 40, was last seen on Monday, June 3 at his residence in Cotopaxi, Colorado. The Sheriff’s Office said he is possibly driving a late 80’s, early 90’s red Toyota 4-Runner with Colorado license plate, #BYP-Y73. The vehicle has a nine lines sticker on the rear driver’s side window.

    Chappel was last seen wearing a yellow/orange cut-off shirt, blue jeans, and a straw hat. Possibly traveling with a white dog with a brown spot on their face.

    Chappel has brown hair and blue eyes.
