Employee charged with stealing SC DMV funds
A Camden woman faces a felony charge for allegedly using state computers to steal thousands of dollars while working for the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles. SLED agents arrested Julia Haley Baker, 22. MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCSC) - The Mount Pleasant Police Department is investigating a crash that involved a bicyclist and a vehicle on the Ben Sawyer Causeway. Police said on X that the Ben Sawyer Causeway was shut down in both directions for a short time around 5 p.m. Sunday.
