Geneva man arrested for grand theft charges in Washington County
A resident of Geneva, AL, was arrested on July 24 on charges of grand theft. On July 7, WCSO deputies responded to a construction site on Cook’s Mill Rd. regarding a grand theft incident. Surveillance photos depict an older model Toyota Tundra entering the construction site, connecting to a 6 x 14 utility trailer, and departing the area.

Dothan Police Seek Public’s Help in Murder Investigation
DOTHAN, Ala. (WDNews) – On July 20, 2024, Dothan Police responded to reports of a stabbing near the intersection of West Powell and Linden Street. Officers found Damon Goodson, 53, of Dothan, lying in the roadway with a stab wound to his upper torso. Goodson was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, underwent surgery, and was placed on life support. Sadly, he succumbed to his injuries on July 21, 2024.

Theft from Miller Co. Family Dollar leads to crash and foot chase, arrests made
COLQUITT Ga. (WALB) - The Colquitt Police Department (CPD) is investigating a theft that led to a crash, foot chase, and multiple arrests. According to a Facebook post, the theft took place at the Family Dollar store located on the 400 block of East Crawford Street in Colquitt. Police say a man came into the store and stole a “significant amount of clothing.”
