Tonight (Tuesday) we were able to speak with Weiser’s Fire Chief Tim Atwood before he headed back out to work the fires that have been filling our little valley with smoke. Atwood shared, “Yesterday (Monday) we had a significant fire start on the east side of Interstate 84 near Durkee, so a separate fire has now taken off.
