Benefits Data Trust filed a WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification) notice with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry notifying the state it is winding down operations and dissolving, and that 273 people will be laid off at Center Square West, 1500 Market St. in Philadelphia.
