    C-I, North Branch adapted bowling teams both bring home hardware

    The adapted bowling teams from both Cambridge-Isanti and North Branch both brought home hardware from the state tournament, which was held on Friday, May 10, at Bowlero in Brooklyn Park.

    Cambridge-Isanti freshman Thomas Iserman captured the boys singles title in the ASD Division with 486, 17 more pins than his nearest competitor.

    Bluejackets junior Samuel Price took the boys singles crown in the PI Division with 494 pins, six better than Alex Windley-Daoust of Winona.

    And North Branch took third in the CI Division team competition with a total of 1,658 pins. North Branch’s team in the CI division included Mary “Molly” Sullivan, Madelyn Phillips, Ben Elliott and Briana Beck.

    Competing in girls singles in the CI Division was Isabella Bishop of Cambridge-Isanti along with North Branch’s LeeAnn Otterson and Briana Beck.

    Cambridge-Isanti had three individuals compete in boys singles in the PI Division: Besides Price there was Zeke Kokoris and Joshua Englund. C-I’s Hailie Grant-Bazille bowled in girls singles in the PI Division.

    The Bluejackets had Ryder Plumley bowl in boys singles in the ASD Division along with Iserman, while C-I’s Morgan McCauley competed in the girls singles along with Shelby Pantelis of North Branch.
