Big Lots is closing one of its 27 NJ stores. Here's where

WOODBRIDGE – A closing sale is happening at big-box retailer Big Lots in the Iselin section.

The store, located at 471 Green St., will be shuttering, according to the store's website. As part of the closing, savings of up to 25 percent are being offered, with limited exceptions.

No closing date was announced on the website.

The website currently does not list closings for other Big Lots locations in East Brunswick, South Plainfield or Union, or any other stores in New Jersey.

Last month Big Lots announced it would be closing between 35 to 40 stores by the end of the year but earlier this month announced it would be closing up to 315 more stores nationwide due to financial challenges .

The Woodbridge store offers furniture and mattresses, groceries, household goods and décor, gardening essentials and everyday basics.
