PEMBERTON TOWNSHIP — Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that killed a motorcyclist here.

Gladerby Bredy, 32, of Philadelphia was struck at Arney's Mount and North Pemberton roads around 10:40 p.m. on Aug. 10, according to township police.

He was one of three victims of fatal traffic accidents in South Jersey in recent days.

Separately, 61-year-old Elizabeth Greco died Monday in a single-vehicle crash in Fairfield, Cumberland County.

Greco, a Fairfield resident, hit a tree off Fairton Millville Road around 1:35 p.m. on Aug. 12, police said.

Earlier that day, a truck fatally struck a pedestrian on the shoulder of Mullica Hill Road near the Route 55 overpass in Harrison.

Joseph Logrande, 67, of Tampa, was hit by a box truck around 12:05 a.m., according to Harrison police.

Police reported no injuries to the truck driver, a 20-year-old man from Dover, Delaware.

In the Pemberton Township accident, police arrived to find Bredy's body on the shoulder of southbound Arney's Mount Road.

Police believe a vehicle that was southbound on Arney's Mount Road hit Bredy, who was traveling westbound on North Pemberton Road.
