High School Football 2024: South Jersey schedules and scores for the season

Atlantic City 35, Eastern 27

Cherokee 27, Williamstown 0 : Evan Bryfogle returned the second-half kickoff 97 yards to key a workmanlike Cherokee win.

Connor Burti had bookend three-yard touchdown runs to lead the way offensively. Burti mixed in 124 yards passing, completing 6 of 8 tosses.

Murad Campfield (17 carries, 146 yards) added a four-yard TD as Cherokee dominated time of possession with a run game that generated 204 yards.

Cherokee is 4-3 for the season, while Williamstown fell to 1-6.

Cherry Hill East 28, Cherry Hill West 7 : Denzel Lee scored a pair of touchdowns as the Cougars on the Battle of Cherry Hill for the first time since 2012. Lee scored from 51 yards, then 22 in the first half as East improved to 6-0.

Isaiah Donaldson added a two-yard run to but East up three touchdowns at the break. Jaxon Bowman closed out the scoring with a fourth-quarter TD.

Haydenm Baker gave West a measure of hope with a 17-yard, third-quarter touchdown. West fell to 2-4.
