Danville City Council Votes to Participate in Opioid Epidemic Settlement
On Tuesday night, Danville City Council voted for the city to participate in the proposed settlement of opioid-related claims against Kroger Co. The settlement requires Kroger Co. to pay over a billion dollars to abate the opioid epidemic.
