The Dallas Cowboys have made a free agency move, although perhaps not the one most people were hoping for. Former Houston Texans defensive lineman Carlos Watkins on a 1-year deal. The Cowboys needed to bolster their defensive line and are adding depth with this move. Watkins was listed as a defensive end in the Houston Texans' base 3-4 scheme but played inside on passing downs in a four-man front. He’ll be a DT for Dallas.
