Thousands of bicyclists will be coming through Cowlitz County this weekend as part of the Kaiser Permanente Seattle to Portland Bicycle Classic. A Vancouver woman accused of raping a child under the age of 5 is scheduled to appear in a Cowlitz County courtroom Thursday to determine if the case heads to trial. According to court documents, Kimberly Michelle Mosser, 48, was arrested and charged in March with one count child rape for allegedly sexually abusing a child in 2023 in Cowlitz County.
