Weekend Forecast: 90s continue with even warmer temperatures looming next week
LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Enjoying these dog days of summer yet? If so, the weather center applauds you and if not, brace yourself because the heat is not exiting anytime soon. Not only is it not exiting, but the heat intensifies by the middle of next week with a couple days potentially climbing into the triple digits. Very little change in the forecast Saturday with temperatures in the upper 80s to low 90s in central and eastern Nebraska. Mid to upper 90s in western Nebraska are likely once again as well.

LINCOLN — Nebraska renters would get some financial relief in the form of an income tax credit under a pair of proposals to be considered by the Legislature. State Sens.
