A six-year-old boy was viciously attacked by a pit bull after being handcuffed by his mother, her boyfriend as a form of punishment, police said. Angelina Williams, 27, from Cleveland, Ohio, and her boyfriend Taylor Marvin-Brown were arrested on separate charges of endangering children and obstructing justice after the boy was savagely attacked by the dog.
