LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A trial date has been set for the New Albany man who was accused of stabbing his mother to death last week. Maxwell Samourian, 23, appeared in court on Monday. He is accused of stabbing his mother, 56-year-old Sally Samourian, to death in her bedroom at her home on Greenview Drive. It happened back on June 19.
