SGAA 10U All-Stars win district title

The South Granville Athletic Association Hurricanes 10U softball team won the Tar River District Championship last week.

The All-Stars defeated the Tar River 10U team twice after losing to them earlier in the tournament.

The 10U Hurricanes will now travel to South Johnston for the state tournament on July 18th.

Members of the 10U Hurricanes are: Parker Nelson, Paisley Wheeler, Charley Sammons, Camdyn Walls, Maci Brewer, Zelie Dehring and Stella Terry. Amelia Risgbee, Avery Satterwhite, Reagan Potts, Sophia Terry, Jordyn Whitfield, Harmony Thorpe and Aniyah Parker. Coaches Mindy Terry, Aaron Wheeler, Jeremy Fisher and Shelby Mikels.
