Cumberland City Council to Meet on Tuesday, September 3
The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland will meet in public session beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the 2nd floor Conference Room of City Hall on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, for the purpose of immediately closing the meeting to receive legal advice regarding the projects at 19 Frederick Street and at the Memorial Hospital Site and to discuss the possible location of a new business in the City by Teabow Residential. Authority to close the session is provided by Section 3-305(b)(4) and (7) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
