Troy man will spend 5-12 years in prison on meth charges
TOWANDA, PA. (WENY) -- A Troy, Pennsylvania man will serve at least 5 years in prison on two separate meth charges. According to the Bradford County District Attorney, William McClintic, 59, was sentenced to a minimum of five and a maximum of 12 years in a State Correctional Facility on two counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver Between 10 and 50 grams of Methamphetamine.
Man arrested after allegedly raping minor in Brookline hotel
A 45-year-old man was arrested this week after he allegedly drove to Brookline from Pennsylvania and raped a minor whom he had met on a social media app. Edward Garry is facing charges of enticing a child under 16 and aggravated rape of a child, according to records from Brookline District Court.
Four Pennsylvania Men Charged with Federal Firearms and Drug Trafficking Violations in Pittsburgh
Four Pennsylvania residents have been brought up on serious charges of violating federal firearms and narcotics laws, as announced by United States Attorney Eric G. Olshan. The indictment, served by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh, includes allegations of unlawful possession with the intent to distribute significant quantities of cocaine, fentanyl, and heroin, as well as firearm possession by convicted felons. The Department of Justice press release identifies the accused as Derrick Lyman of McKeesport, Kenneth Hamlin Jr. of Murrysville, Daniel Jackson of Penn Hills, and Devlin Clifford of Monroeville.
