Evan’s NHL Daily: Avalanche NCAA Signing, Celebrini Decision
It’s kind of funny how quickly the NHL off-season dies off. On July 1, the signings were coming left and right for a few hours. By the time the evening rolled around, it was really quiet, and by the time Tuesday rolled around, there weren’t really that many interesting players to sign. Colorado made one depth signing, while the St. Louis Blues woke up from their Monday slumber to make a few trades and sign one of their own players.
Is a rift between Jokic and the Nuggets looming on the horizon
The Nuggets have been painfully inactive thus far in the offfseason. Other than taking DaRon Holmes II in the NBA Draft, they’ve done nothing to improve their roster. Meanwhile, they’ve stood by as an important piece to their championship puzzle (Kentavious Caldwell-Pope) and a potential future building block (Collin Gillespie) left for greener pastures.

Denver bought hotel to house homeless but 15 months later it hasn't opened
Denver officials celebrated the purchase of a 96-unit hotel last year with much hype, envisioning a homeless shelter that would offer an array of "supportive" services such as case management and therapy. The city described the former Stay Inn hotel as having recently undergone updates. Then-Mayor Michael Hancock said the...

When Tanya Gillespie-Lambert goes to an event in a local park in Camden, New Jersey, she takes a handful of brochures about free preschool with her. Massive Marijuana Recall Just Took Place in Colorado
Whether you like it or not, Colorado is well known for marijuana, given we were the first state to legalize it recreationally. Sometimes it can be unfair. In fact, we don’t even the number one place for marijuana anymore. The place that took the top spot for pot in...
