SEWARD – Juliauna Forgach Aguilar and the rest of LC State Volleyball bounced back in a big way on Saturday with a 3-2 (25-23, 24-26, 25-23, 22-25, 18-16) victory over Hastings (Neb.). AARP grant funds Lincoln 'Digital Literacy' project for seniors
(Lincoln) -- Many seniors report using technology on a regular basis but those who do not risk missing out due to its role in so much of daily life. "Digital Literacy," a collaborative project in Lincoln, aims to help older Nebraskans strengthen their digital skills. The City of Lincoln's Aging Partners received an AARP Community Challenge grant of just over $20,000 for the project.

Iowa Youth Give Their Hands to Larger Service at State 4-H Conference
Youth at the Iowa 4-H Youth Conference engaged in several community service projects throughout the conference, June 25-27. Through their service at the conference and throughout the year, the youth gave back to the Ames community and surrounding counties, Iowa communities impacted by recent natural disasters, their hometowns and the Ronald McDonald House.
