Mumford Company represented John Skidmore Development Inc. in the sale of the Days Inn & Suites Sutton Flatwoods and KOA Campground in Sutton, WV. The Skidmore family, who developed and operated these facilities more than 34 years and two generations, wanted to retire from active operations.
