Cops seek Honda driver in possible road rage shooting near Food Lion in Creedmoor
CREEDMOOR, N.C. (WNCN) — On Monday afternoon, the Creedmoor Police Department responded to a shooting that occurred near Food Lion on Wilton Avenue. ROCKY MOUNT — Clarence Rosser Jr. had quite a first year of high school. Rosser, who goes by C.J., made a name for himself last August at the CP3 Rising Stars Camp.
