JONESBORO — A Crittenden County man faces residential burglary and assault charges after Jonesboro police said he kicked in the back door of a house and went inside. Justinian M. Smith, 34, of Marion was arrested July 1 after an investigation by Jonesboro police. A $75,000 cash/surety bond was set Wednesday by District Judge Tommy Fowler for Smith, who will be arraigned Aug. 23 in circuit court.
