Patrece Lee is now charged with engaging in organized criminal activity. She was already in jail on $460,000 bond charges, including abuse of official capacity and four counts of bribery. HOUSTON — The Houston Health Department is giving away some free portable air conditioners to seniors, people with disabilities and caregivers of disabled children.
