    New report shows Victoria home prices rose last year

    VICTORIA, Texas - Victoria home prices rose last year.

    A Texas Realtors report shows the median price of homes in the Victoria metro area rose 0.4% in 2023.

    The median home price is now $239,950.

    780 homes were sold in the Victoria area last year.

    That was down almost 23.7% from 2022.

    The report shows the availability of homes priced under $300,000 dropped 21.4% percent since 2017.
