    Community Crossroads: Civil War traveling museum set come to Cuero

    Community Crossroads: Cuero Heritage Museum

    The University of Texas - Rio Grande Valley is set to showcase their traveling museum exhibit, "War and Peace on the Rio Grande - 1861-1867," at the Cuero Heritage Museum .

    The exhibit is scheduled to open on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 10 a.m. The opening will feature a reception, presentation, and book unveiling. Attendees can expect to explore the rich history of the Rio Grande Valley during the Civil War era through a curated collection of artifacts and displays.
