    Palacios man dies after he was hit by a vehicle while riding his bike

    PALACIOS, Texas - Palacios Police report a 68-year-old man died last Friday night in a crash.

    Israel Garcia of Palacios was riding his bicycle when he was struck and killed on First St.

    The driver of the vehicle that hit Garcia was identified and remained at the scene.

    The driver is cooperating with the investigation.

    No charges were filed.
