    Victoria Police arrest two people Monday morning

    VICTORIA, Texas - Victoria Police arrested two people early this morning.

    Authorities tell us they are connected.

    36-year-old Joseph Guerra of Victoria faces five charges including abandoning or endangering a child with neglect.

    38-year-old Rebecca Guerra of Yoakum faces four charges, including driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years old.

    They are in the Victoria County Jail in lieu of a total of $76,500 bond.
