Major Water Outage on Central Ave in Port Lavaca Due to Large Leak

PORT LAVACA, TEXAS - Utility Maintenance crews have reported a significant water outage along Central Avenue, affecting the stretch from Border Street to State Highway 35. The outage was caused by a large water leak, and emergency repairs are currently underway.

According to officials, the repairs may take several hours to complete, during which time residents and businesses in the affected area will be without water service.

Residents are advised to plan accordingly and monitor updates from city officials for further information on when water service will be restored.
