    A 61-year-old man and Victoria contractor, Michael Wayne Galvan, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

    On Sept. 26, U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani announced the charges and guilty plea in a press release.
