ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. — As the first go-round of the National High School Finals Rodeo was poised to end Wednesday morning, two Montanans are in the top 10 in their events — including Browning bull rider Tahj Wells, who remains first with his 82 early Tuesday at the Sweetwater Events Complex.
