St. Amant HS grad receives Nursing Solutions of LA scholarship
Gabby Boquet was awarded the Nursing Solutions of LA Scholarship. Gabby was an honor graduate with a 4.13 GPA at St. Amant HS where she was a member of the soccer team. She enjoys archery, culinary and photography as hobbies. Gabby will be majoring in Nursing at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette this fall. Commission requests money to repair Heymann Performing Arts Center
A new study being contracted by the Heymann Commission will again look at the current site of the Heymann Performing Arts Center, examining whether to renovate the historic facility as opposed to replacing it. Leroy Sullivan is on the ballot seeking a sixth term as Donaldsonville’s mayor, opposed for the second time by Glen Price.
