Pediatric dentist group signs lease in Crown Point

Crown Point Pediatric Dentistry recently signed a long-term lease at the South Court Professional Center in Crown Point.

The move will enable the dental group to expand its services. The new office will feature advanced dental equipment and a child-friendly environment designed to make visits enjoyable and stress-free for young patients.

The South Court Professional Center is a medical office complex.

“We are proud to have facilitated this lease agreement for Crown Point Pediatric Dentistry,” said Antony Miocic of Latitude Commercial in a press release . “The South Court Professional Center is an excellent fit for their needs, and we are confident that their new location will contribute to their continued success and growth in the community.”

Crown Point Pediatric Dentistry focuses on preventive care, education and creating positive dental experiences. The office aims to make a lasting impact on the oral health of children in Crown Point and surrounding areas.

Latitude Commercial provides commercial real estate services throughout Indiana and Illinois. They offer purchasing, leasing, landlord representation, tenant representation and commercial property management services. Latitude Commercial was co-founded by brothers Aaron and Brett McDermott.
