On a statewide level, Minnesota saw its 4th wettest June (surpassed by 2014, 1914, and 1905) and Wisconsin its 6th (bested by 1968, 1967, 1914, 1993, and 2010). ROSEVILLE, Minn. — Authorities are asking the public to be on the lookout for a 15-year-old girl last seen leaving her Roseville home Monday morning.Summer Balfanz left her residence on foot in the area of 900 Burke Avenue West around 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.Balfanz was last seen wearing a black or white top, black shorts and black tennis shoes. Father charged in double-fatal ATV incident involving 10-year-olds
AFTON, Minn. — An Afton man is charged with manslaughter and child endangerment in connection with an ATV rollover that killed his daughter and her friend in April 2023. A criminal complaint filed in Washington County details the allegations against 54-year-old Lance Alan Koeckeritz, who faces four felony counts in the fatal crash, which took place on the defendant's property in Afton.
