Steward Health Care announced Sunday that it has received the highest or best offer for Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe. If the bankruptcy court approves, Steward says AHS South LLC would be the new owner of Glenwood. Monroe woman arrested after shooting and killing one person, police say
MONROE, La. (KNOE) - A Monroe woman was arrested on July 20 after officers with the Monroe Police Department said she admitted to shooting someone earlier that day. Responding officers said they found Kialynshia Jordan at the scene on Barrington Drive making comments about shooting the victim. Jordan was arrested and brought to the Monroe Police Department.
