Rescuers save 3 after boat partially sinks in N.J. creek
Three boaters were rescued from a New Jersey creek Wednesday after their small vessel partially sank, according to rescue officials. The boat began taking on water in Fortescue Creek in the marshlands in Cumberland County that lead into the Delaware Bay, the Downe Township Fire and Rescue Squad said Thursday.

THE BOYS & GIRLS Clubs of Cumberland County were happy to have the help of the students from Our Lady of Mercy Academy for a cleanup of its Community Garden project at the Carl Arthur Center in Vineland. A Cumberland County resident charged with stabbing a man to death on July 4 believed the victim was in a relationship with his ex-girlfriend, according to court documents.
