Names Released in Lincoln County Fatal Crash
South Dakota authorities have identified the two people involved in a fatal crash last Friday morning in Lincoln County. The South Dakota Department of Public Safety says around 5:30 am, 28 year old Darrian O’Neal Cline of Smithville, Oklahoma was driving a Jeep Cherokee eastbound on 294th Street near 474th Avenue. At the same time, 74 year old Michael D. Stinton of LeMars, Iowa was driving a Volvo semi westbound on 294th Street. For an unknown reason, the Jeep crossed the center line into the westbound lanes and struck the semi head on.

Progress Continues for Harmony Hill Addition Development in Watertown, SD

The Watertown Planning Commission met last Thursday night to discuss revising the Harmony Hill Addition's concept plan and rezoning a section of the land. The proposed changes include updating the concept plan and changing the zoning from A1 agricultural to PUD (Planned Unit Development) for a specific area.
