Flagler County, Fl- The Flagler County Sheriff is trying to locate 59-year-old autistic Stephen Phillips.

Here are the details from The Flagler County Sheriff:

Stephen Phillips is a white male. He is 5 ft 8 inches. He was last seen wearing Houligan’s hat, Green Houligans shirt, and jeans at Houligan’s Palm Coast, but was possibly last seen at the beach around 7:45 a.m. this morning (5/30).

He is autistic. According to the Sheriff he reportedly made statements advising that he was saying goodbye.
